We are excited to announce after a year long break & many miles traveled...we are back growing again!!
Bluegrass Microgreens is back in operation and we are now located in Harrodsburg, Kentucky. We are as enthusiastic as ever to begin growing again and have envisioned spreading these delicious, nutritious, mighty microgreens all over the bluegrass! For now, our mighty greens grow indoors. We use a soil medium and rainwater for spritzing and have additional lighting to encourage strong, healthy growth from sprout to microgreen. Our Sunflower Shoots aka Sunnys grow in about a week and our spicy Radish China Rose mature in about 5 days! We are delighted to present our crop to multiple stores and restaurants in the region. Our mission is to challenge ourselves to be creative in providing the community with nutritious, organic, beautiful microgreens. We are advocates for all natural health food and are developing skills to provide for our community through our joint partnership, Bluegrass Microgreens.

| Meet Suzanna & Brandt : ) During their adventures on the Caribbean Island of Vieques, Puerto Rico in the summer of 2013, Suzanna & Brandt became mutually interested in learning how to grow and sell Microgreens. Their journey led them back to Kentucky in which they created, Bluegrass Microgreens, in September 2013. |
